These terms and conditions serve as a legal agreement between jet baji and the user of this site. By accessing the jet baji website, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you fully agree to all the terms stated here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the site.

These terms are effective from the date of the latest update. jet baji reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and continued use of the site after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is advisable to review this page before each session.

These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In case of any conflict, the English version will take precedence; however, the Bengali version of this page is kept as accurate as possible for the convenience of Bengali-speaking users.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at jet baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. jet baji reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or incorrect information at any time. The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be your own.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If one person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the funds in those accounts may be forfeited. The same rule applies if multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are detected.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. jet baji will not be liable for any loss resulting from disclosure of this information to a third party. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before withdrawing a certain amount or for security purposes, jet baji may request identity verification documents — such as a copy of your National ID card or passport. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.

The minimum age to play at jet baji is 21 years. No one under 21 may open or use an account on this site. Providing false information during age verification will be treated as a serious breach of the rules.

Using this site from regions or countries where online betting is legally prohibited is not permitted. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their own country.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jet baji is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.

4.3 Payment Delays or Rejections

Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held or cancelled in cases of security verification, identity confirmation, or suspicious transactions. In such situations, the user will be asked to submit the required documents.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus, up to ৳5,000 is available on your first deposit at jet baji. This means a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — in the above example, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after completing ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets.

For larger deposits: depositing ৳5,200 will earn a ৳5,000 bonus (the maximum), giving a total balance of ৳10,200 and a wagering requirement of ৳5,000 × 10 = ৳50,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings derived from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• After claiming a bonus from one promotion, a bonus from a different promotion may not apply.
• If unusual betting patterns aimed at completing wagering requirements are detected (such as exclusively low-risk bets), the bonus may be cancelled.
• jet baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

jet baji's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier returns a set percentage of weekly net losses as cashback: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. For example: a Silver member with ৳20,000 in net losses in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed at jet baji is considered final only after it has been confirmed by the software. jet baji reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. Do not assume a bet has been successfully registered until you receive a confirmation email or notification.

6.2 Match or Event Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet is generally refunded. However, if the event was partially completed, or if a result has been confirmed in accordance with the relevant rules, the bet may not be voided.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. In some cases, odds may change after you place your bet but before the system confirms it. In such cases, a notification will be sent asking you to confirm the bet at the new odds, which you may accept or decline.

6.4 Casino Games

The game provider's own rules apply to all casino games, including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti. The RTP and rules for each game can be viewed in the game interface. Jackpot winners may be subject to additional verification during payment processing.

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to earn bets or bonuses through cheating or fraud.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using bonuses from multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Operating an account on someone else's behalf or buying or selling accounts.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to damage the site's software or security systems.
• Misleading or harassing other users.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account cancellation, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

8.1 Closure by jet baji

jet baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of rules, suspected fraud, or security reasons. In such cases, the user may contact us by email for further details.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. Before closing your account, make sure your balance has been withdrawn. A self-exclusion request can also be made in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive. To reactivate the account in this state, contact support.

jet baji is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, internet disconnections, or third-party software. Any issues with a game provider's servers or software are considered outside jet baji's control.

In the event of a legal dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, steps will be taken in accordance with applicable law.
